Project Manager

• Creation and Management of project plans (Master Schedule) and entire construction site.
  
• Production of project documentation.
  
• Calculate the amount of work and make a quotation. (Forecasts and estimates)
  
• Assist both of Japanese and Thai supervisors.
  
• Able to travel - work upcountry.

2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
   
3. Professional license Control Engineering.
   
4. More than 5 years’ experience in PM position.
   
5. Proficient in use of computers: MS-Office, AUTO CAD.
   
6. Good level of English language written and spoken.
7. Able to work upcountry.

• Able to use good drafting program and Presenting program.
  (such as AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D max, Photoshop etc.)
• Have basic knowledge in factory work and experience about factory buildings.
• Analyze, solve problems and coordinate various work related fields.
• Have basic knowledge and understanding of building structures and laws.
• Meet and check on site to ensure accuracy and quality in construction work.
• Develop new knowledge about related fields.

3. Have a license to practice architecture
4. Have experience more than than 5 years.
   (If ever designing a factory-type building will be an advantage.)
5. Have a driver's license, can drive a car and have your own car.
6. Able to work upcountry.
7. Good human relations Accepts other people's opinions and loves to learn more.
8. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
9. Require portfolio to present your work.

• Interacting and coordinating with customers.
• Preparing necessary documents.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

3. Proficiency in English and Chinese (language certificates are available).
4. Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
6. Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
7. Good interpersonal skills and high level of patience.
