On September 20, 2023, Tokura (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Yahagi (Thailand) Co., Ltd. jointly signed a construction contract for a new factory of Yahagi (Thailand) Co., Ltd. at Amata City Industrial Estate Phase 6, Chonburi, with the executive teams from both sides signing and discussed construction plans and various coordination matters.
